About OUTBID.CAM
Launched August 2026
Attention is the scarcest thing on the internet, and almost every ranking pretends otherwise — upvote rings, mystery algorithms, "trending" tabs nobody can audit. OUTBID.CAM does the honest version instead: rank follows the bid, and every number on the board is public.
Put money behind your project and you climb. Someone wants your spot, they pay more. That is the whole mechanic — a live auction for the top of the page, with a free side-projects board underneath for anyone who would rather earn attention than buy it.
It started as a weekend experiment in transparent ranking and turned into a public scoreboard for builders: outbid.cam is a pay-to-rank leaderboard for side projects, not an auction house and not an ad network. No accounts required to look, no hidden weights, no editorial thumb on the scale.

Questions
- How does ranking work on Outbid?
- Rank follows the bid. The listing with the highest amount behind it sits at #1, the next highest at #2, and so on. There is no algorithm, no editorial input and no engagement weighting. If someone wants your spot, they pay more than you did.
- Is Outbid free to use?
- Browsing is free and requires no account. Sponsored placements are paid, and the free side-projects board sits underneath for anyone who would rather earn attention than buy it.
- Can I see the real numbers?
- Yes. Every amount, click count and rank on the board is public and pulled live from the database. The stats on this page are queried at page load, not estimated.
